No more 'gays can't catch'.  No more 'she's too butch'.  No more 'you can't play'. 

We're over being put down and pushed aside in sport and fitness.

Perceptions change not just because we want them to, but through action. 

The pathway to acceptance and support starts with being visible.

We want to unite people under a symbol of love.  To use the rainbow to show that LGBTQ+ people exist and belong on pitches, on courts and in gyms as much as anyone. 
 

As a member or ally of the LGBTQ+ community, wear the rainbow with pride. 

Be an example of love, and together we can change the world.
