Returns and Exchanges
Returns
All our products are printed and made by hand specifically for your individual order. To reduce our carbon footprint, we also don't have warehousing storage. Unfortunately because of this, we can't accept returns due to buyers remorse, so we advise thinking carefully about your purchase prior to buying.

If however there is a printing error we will of course accept a return and replace your product. All products being hand printed, there can at times be some minor mistakes. Everything is quality control checked, but we acknowledge that very rarely errors can happen that we are happy to rectify as swiftly as possible.

In the unlikely event that such a mistake should occur, please contact Rainbow Sweats within 1 week of your order with your order number, an outline of the issue, as well as a clear photo of the issue with the garment. We shall get back to you and help arrange a return where appropriate. Please do not simply return an item as without appropriate tracking a refund can be difficult to process.
Exchanges
If you get the wrong size for you, we’re happy to offer one exchange to another size for you. Please be aware that by purchasing quality materials for your products and to help ensure fair wages, each exchange incurred results in Rainbow Sweats making a loss on each item. In order for us to remain in business and helping spread messages of pride and acceptance, we must therefore limit exchanges to one per item. We are happy to offer this exchange however as we want you to to be happy with your purchase, and able to and to have more positive LGBTQ+ messages out in the world. Please however where possible use the sizing guide and measure your size accurately before your purchase.

To undertake an exchange, please contact us within 1 week of receiving the item with your order number, the item, and the new size you would like. The item must be in its original condition with any tags still attached. Once we confirm an exchange is acceptable we shall send you the address to return your item to and we shall send out a new item in your requested size. This must be for the same item of a different size. Please do not order multiple sizes of one item as you will not be able to exchange one for another.
Please note that new new items being sent to you in exchange will be subject to the shipping times of your country and unfortunately cannot be expedited at this current time.
Missing Items
If you have ordered multiple items, they may have been shipped separately. Each item being made to order can mean they have been shipped at different times or from different locations, and one may arrive slightly later than another. Please check your email to indicate if you have multiple packages being delivered.

If you have not received your item 1 week after the expected delivery timings outlined in our shipping guidance, please get in contact with Rainbow Sweats and we shall follow up with the manufacturers to check on the status of the item. Before this timeframe we may not be able to get an accurate response.
