Coming from the gym CrossFit world, HWPO (hard work pays off) sums up the LGBTQ+ experience. We've got lots more to do to help progress equality for trans, bi, queer and gay men everywhere, however the work countless brave people before us have put in has helped get us the rights we have today. 

So wearing this t-shirt (or a similar one) will help increase visibility of LGBTQ+ men when you're at the gym, going for a run, or wherever you choose to wear it. Help show we exist and deserve a place in the sports and fitness world....and look great while doing it!
